Self-Contained Hydraulic Radial Stackers

Move material anywhere with conveyors that run under their own power. These road- and pit-portable Self-Contained Hydraulic Radial Stackers operate hydraulically via an onboard diesel engine, making them ideal for remote operations and job sites.

Built to the same rigorous specifications as our traditional electric-powered stackers, and not limited to lighter steel weights and brandless components, these new stackers are already being referred to by customers as “an entirely different breed of self-contained stacker.” The self-powered units are fully designed and built by Masaba, setting them apart from some competitor models.

Masaba self-contained conveyors tow via a heavy-duty 5th-wheel hitch; they are easy to position with onboard lifting eyes. The line is currently available in a standard belt width of 36″, with standard lengths of 80′ and 100′. Both our 80′ model and our 100′ model deliver 500 tph capacity at 18° incline. The conveyors feature hydraulic raise, lower, and fold (the latter is a feature on the 100-ft model). With Masaba’s swivel-block axle design, these versatile stackers can be used inline as a transfer conveyor, or as a radial stacker.
